The voting favored La Buena Vida; I am working with the owner concerning the start time for a HH.
Fridays are always a bit tough for a structured event like this one. We are trying to determine if there is a conflict with a wedding
rehearsal also scheduled for July 10 in that venue that his sales manager has on the books.
We will know on Monday, and hope to finalize at that time.

Ok...sorry I've been behind the 8ball lately...
I understand that La Buena Vida is only a wine place and with high probable risk the wench will be a wino drinking her favorite beverage....I think one of the other choices will be better...er...SAFER!!!
Also I understand that La Buena Vida does not serve food and I will be famished at that time of night so will need a full food complement.
So if its not too much trouble can we change to one of the other venues...and of the two I like Uncle Julio's better if that helps. I will ask Kimmie if she can get me to and from her house and the airport to there ok as well!~

Cool Kim that is good news! John do you mind if we change the venue?
Everyone else do you mind if we make a change since the wine place may have a wedding and even if they did not, John would have to make special arrangements for food which just adds to the complexity. (Of course John can handle it but why struggle if we don't have too!)
Besides I think that Uncle Julio's has a large area inside and out so getting a group should be easier there.

I assume you are referring to the Uncle Julio's in Grapevine?? There are two on the Fort Worth side of town. The other is at I-30 and Camp Bowie. Neither one is all that far from the airport but Grapevine is definitely closer.

After discussions with the Owner at La Buena Vida, there was too much conflict in scheduling of our party with the wedding rehearsal AND another group also at the venue.
---SO.............

Well, I just talked with WW and she's had a flight change so we will probably be at Uncle Julio's around 6p. If anyone wants to join us, we should be there early
