The former doctor didn't even mention stroke until I called four months later. He said he didn't know what it was when he released me. I was told that because I have a big heart (no, not a Valentine one... from being a competitive swimmer for many years) that I might have thrown a clot. Fortunately no repeat occurrences since then.
