Most shows require an advance list of who is working the booth; most likely, one of my tasks will be to get everyone a badge

The reason we have been pushing so hard to get names of our workers is to figure out badges. Once we have that ASAP we can finalize the badge situation.

I just found out that they will offer 50% off ticket admission to anyone who goes to the show so it won't be too bad if you do have to pay.

I can help w/load-in & Friday show, and Saturday afternoon & load-out. Of course, I'll be there for any social gatherings outside the show.

Hey gang...I think I'm set with enough help for setting up and breaking down...what I really need are people who will help during the show to talk to people, tell them what we do and get them to register for the free trips we are giving away. I also want to let people sign up in the computer so will plan to have at least one computer where they can type in their own name, email, tel# and city state plus single, married spouse does not dive, non-diver or couple who both dive.

Does anyone have an ipad we can do this with and/or a small computer? If we have a few of them we can have people do this electronically and save a lot of time later typing stuff out.

Anyone know how to make a template for people to register on electronically?

Kamala, not sure what kind of registration process you are looking for, but you may want to look into using Google docs. I've used it to make surveys for my dive club, and it will tabulate the results in a spreadsheet for you. It's at least worth a check.

We want them to type in their registration info vs writing it and have it automagic if possible or just use word and keep cutting and pasting the template for them to answer over and over as well as saving over and over:

City, State, Zip:
Diver: yes or no
Single: yes or no
Married but Spouse does not dive or does not dive frequently: yes or no
Couple Looking for Sleep Together Discounts: yes or no
Interested in getting the same Travel Deal for LESS than the best price I can find: yes or no
