(From the job description, I thought a P.E. License would be required. )
Plenty of P.E.s out of work right now. I expect you will have no trouble finding someone very quickly.

I don't know, I'm not involved with Human resources. I only know that they have been looking for someone for this position for quite a while. If I find someone who is qualified and they get hired, I get a prize!
