Got some questions about the trip so thought I would share them...
How do I do this (sign up). - Simple. Post in thread you are going using the template found in post 2 of the trip thread. Then pay using our payment link in my signature, or in the upper left under the banners saying MAKE A PAYMENT in bold black or on the home page in purple above our contact info on the lower left.
Can I mail a check? - No need to mail (and no one to process it if you do.) Please use our secure online payment system (links referenced above) and you just enter your checking info like you would your credit card. Its fast, simple and no need for a stamp!
I'm not sure what services you offer in whole, here. - A lot of things...we turnkey your travel for you and can do air or let you which most of our clients do it themselves.
Do I purchase flights from you as well. - Do not have too. I may be able to help you if you are having a hard time getting a decent fare.
Or do I make my own arrangements. - Most do (unless the air is included in the pkg which in this case it is not)...totally up to you.
What documents do you need from me? - We will need you to fill out our Roomming & Diving Survey so we can help you find an appropriate roomie and dive buddy. We need you to fill out our Liab Waiver & Release as well as our Ins Info Doc. And you will need to fill out the boat's waiver as well.
All of these forms are in the link in my signature called FORMS & DOCS. The password has been sent to you to access the forms.
Do I need a password for the documents folder/file/thingy? - Yes it has been sent to you
Do you know what time we need to board the boat in St. Maarten - As long as you get there on Jan 29 you can board anytime after 2pm I think. We won't leave without you if you have flight delays.
I should tell you I have a tendency to ask lots of questions. - No worries..as I said before I tend to answer lots of questions so am used to it. I will post these in the thread as they are great general questions so others can benefit from them too!
Nitrox is a must. - No worries...just add $150
What's a Rent-a-Buddy? - Its for newer divers, divers who are a bit rusty or divers who want to improve air consumption, bouyancy, trim etc. More details are HERE:
Q. Can I get a Rent-A-Buddy for this trip...how does it work? A. Yes you can rent-a-buddy for the trip...we have a limited number of DM's/Instructors available for you to rent to help you focus on only yourself and not worry about being someone's buddy or to allow you to improve your air consumption and bouyancy etc. You are hiring a professional 'coach' to help you reinforce your recent open water skills or to help you refresh them or to just basically help to mentor you. The price is $50 per day or $150 for the week. If you need your rent-a-buddy to do your first night dive it is recommended that you consider the night dive specialty or even just the night dive sign off of AOW...Advanced Open Water via one of our instructors.
Any special equipment for this trip? [color="#FF0000"]- Just you and a slate to record your 100Th dive...oh yes a good safety sausage and spool (we offer a great spool and safety sausage via the site if you are interested)
