Not so much a fault as a quirk, but irritating anyway. If one goes first to "private messages", as one will if there's one waiting, THEN clicks on "new posts", the response will always be "sorry, no new posts found". That's because the software keeps you in the private messaging area. You have actively to select "forum" to see what has recently been posted.

I totally agree its a pita. So I check new posts first so I can use the back screen via firefox then go to PM's and look then hit the back button a couple of times OR just click on forums habitually now. I also open up 2 windows so that one can be in pm's and one is in the forums.
