IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Dive Insurance is mandatory for SD.com trips (DAN or Dive Assure). Trip Insurance is not mandatory, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you purchase trip insurance FOR THIS TRIP. Last year, we were on this boat over Labor Day in the Turks & Caicos (slightly southeast of Mayaguana) and there was a hurricane we had to watch just before we were there, and again just after we left. Fortunately, the one before the trip kind of fizzled before hitting the area, and the one after headed north.

You should purchase trip insurance BEFORE you pay for the last item to be insured. For those who have paid for the trip in full, you should purchase the insurance before you purchase your flight or pay for any extra days. I have no idea why this is important, but I'm told that it is.

I just purchased my trip insurance for the Mayaguana trip. I didn't have to cover work-related cancellation, so my policy was only $113. Well worth the hundred bucks!!!

Ms Kathy I promised you that if you joined us for another trip I would help you! So do whatever you can and we'll help you with the rest. (And if I could somehow convince you to go to Truk and Palau I'd do your sign ups over the phone FOR EVERY TRIP YOU DID WITH US!!!

NOTE: Cutting and pasting just keeps you from retyping the questions we ask in our booking template. I promise it will be automated this year...but until then...we make do with it being a manual process.

My name is Clint and I'm one of the Charlies here. Cutting and pasting the template is really easy.

1. Highlight the booking template text. I have placed it below for convenience.
2. Press (control+C) on your keyboard to copy the text.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Add Reply" button.
4. Click in the text box and press (control + V ) on your keyboard to paste the text on the new page.
5. Replace the blue and red text with your information and click the "Add Reply" button to post.

It's that easy. If you need any more assistance please feel free to PM me and I can walk you through.

Hey Kathy...just got your payment for lower deck s/o + nitrox and cc fees. Just to make sure your lower cabin is reserved for you I will have Tammy remove it from the total counts. It may take a day or so to get your payment recorded...I was looking for something else when I saw it.

Fortunately you have the payment system DIALED IN!!!

And it will be GREAT to have you!!!

So the room you have will have a lower double bed and an upper twin. The upper is great to put all your stuff on and of course sleep on the lower bed. Its a great layout for a single occupancy.

Tammy will officially take the numbers down on the lower deck by 2 since a s/o removes an entire room from our counts!

Thanks, Kathy! All I need is clarification on the trip insurance....I can't tell if you were selecting a) I already have trip insurance, or c) I will not purchase trip insurance.

The Survey, Waiver, Insurance Summary & EV documents are all needed on each trip. If you saved the Survey & Insurance Summary from the Bonaire trip, you can just edit the Survey to show the Mayaguana trip name & dates, & send them in. The Waiver has to be done each time, and the EV docs are new for you. If you need the password for the document forum, let me know!
