OK NOW! We are under 30 days till departure! 26 actually if anyone is counting.
I was wondering, what are you looking forward to the most?
Going all-out photo and video geek. I intend to really go after the flavor of images a place like Barbados has, and with a bit of luck craft something that will rekindle memories and moods for a long time.

As a photo geek wanna-be I hope that kind of stuff rubs off! 
I have seen some pics of the sunset at Gibbs beach (where the hotel is) and they were awesome! A definite photo op for some ABOVE water pics.

My upload limit is 10 minutes on youtube.com, but I don't think that's a problem for either of us.
I like your idea, and accept the offer of a shootout. We should both have a lot of fun with this!
Should we also impose a time limit to get the video onto youtube for the membership judging? I propose 30 days, in order to keep the video as close to events as possible and relevant to the membership.

Sandy & Susan, Oistin's Fish Fry is pretty cool, plenty of fish and chicken and all other BBQ, Eating, Drinking, Dancing and Liming. Actually in Oistens the Fry is Fri, Sat & Sunday nights. It's my understanding that a village just North and closer to Gibbs Bay also has a Friday Fish Fry.Did I hear someone mention something about a Friday Fish Fry???
