Im not a big fan of Guiness (see ...the world didnt end) I much prefer either a Murphy's or a Smithwykes ( sp??) followed by a shot of Paddy's whiskey. Enuf of that and when I look in the mirror....even I look handsome!!! 
The great thing about excruciating pain is....at least you know you are alive.
