My membership was renewed on 3/24/11 and all was going well. Sometime in the last two days my access has changed and I no longer have the access of a premium member. I can't PM or view profiles. I've confirmed that the membership fee was taken out of my account on 3/24/11 so I'm paid up.

Is anyone else having this issue?

This was a database issue and I was able to clear it up. I now see you as Premier Member on your account and profile.

If anyone else has the same problem please let me or any admin know.

His status has been updated. This should have been done automatically in the system. Not sure why it broke down. Investigating.

Fred, did you go through the subscription manager to pay this or just pay through the gateway? Most likely at some point somebody other than you updated your subscription after confirming payment and that broke the auto features.
