Yeehaw! It's great to see so many old friends signing up for this trip and of course I'm anxious to meet lots of new ones as well!

TECHNICAL TRAINING UPDATE:
OTWDiver will be our technical instructor. He will offer 3 classes on this trip.
CLASSES OFFERED:
1. TDI or PADI Sidemount @ $400 + rental of harness, wing, side-mount adapter, regulators
2. TDI Advanced Nitrox or PADI Tec 40 @ $400 + TDI Book $33 and/or PADI Deep Tec Crew Pak $72 (The Deep Tec Crew Pak covers Tec 40, 45 & 50)
3. TDI Deco Prrocedures or PADI Tec 45 @ $400 + TDI Book $25 and/or PADI Deep Tec Crew Pak $72 if not already purchased and doing PADI cert
Question: Where will the sidemount rental equipment come from...local shop on island or brought by OTWDiver? Also, what is the expected cost?
per my discussion about this with kamala in Barbados last week, Bill will be bringing all rental gear. As for the price, that was not discussed. I anticipate only needing a side-mount adaptor since I have the rest of the gear already from my "intro class to tech" class last October.

hmmm this trip with pup or cayman very hard decision... what to do what to do.
For those that have been there before would it be better to go with a non-stop on CO or stick with my FF alliance and fly into SAP then catch the island hopper.

IMO-Nonstop on CO. If you get stuck for some reason at SAP and need to overnight for some reason it's 15 mi to city and don't go out at night.

since Bill has some tech students, I'd like to tag along and learn to dive Adv Nitrox/Deco in sidemount; I am wondering how much an O2 clean reg would cost to rent from Bill for the week? And do you have an idea about how much Deco tanks would be to rent from the resort?
