put me on the list as this will be the 5th year in a row for me. I will probably be flying in thursday and out on the red eye on sunday night, but will know closer to time when I book the ticket. Next years travel schedule is shaping up nicely(OWU, BTS, PNW, Bay Area, etc)

tweek is whidbey island near oak harbor?

It sure is, Oak Harbor is a city (more like a town) on Whidbey Island. Whidbey is a long island (second longest in the continental US next to Long Island, NY) with a handful of small towns/cities. Oak Harbor is the larger of the bunch. That's where I'm at. Why do you ask? Headed this way?

Hi Sundancediver, and Tom too! If you can help us on Sunday, that would be Fantastic! Janelle will also be available to help on Sunday, from 1-4pm. Can you and Tom help us on the Sunday morning shift, 10am-1pm?

Weekend Dive Show Schedule:
Sat. Apr 21: Expo open from 10 am to 5 pm
Sun April 22: Expo open from 10 am to 4 pm

Dan aka Scubatooth, always gives a ton of hours, but he won't be able to join us this year. So it sure would be great if another volunteer or two could help out with a couple of hours. Our rule is to make sure that our workers also have lots of time to run around and see the show. So a few extra workers helps us to deliver on that promise.

Hi Tom and Cindy are volunteering Saturday 9-1 in Renton at another event. We will leave there and head to show. Will find you and help or walk around and go to HH after. Then Saturday will be at the show 10-5 either helping or walking depending on what you need. I look forward to seeing you all!

LOCAL ASSISTANCE HELP:

If anyone is coming to the show on Saturday could they do me a huge favor? Home Depot (probably Lowes as well) sells these black cushioned mats that have holes in them and interconnect. They are about $23 each and are no skid floor mats. They are in the flooring section but are primarily for workshops. In any event they interlock together but we can make 2 work in the booth. Its the difference between tradeshow sanity and well living tradeshow hell!

If you'll pick 2 up for me I'll be very happy to pay you for them. Ideally if it could be someone helping on Sat we'll be able to benefit the entire show but I'll take them for any day. Just let us know if you can help so we don't have more than one person trying to get them.

So if one of our members would be so kind as to pick up 2 of them we'll be able to share them and it will make a huge difference working the show standing on concrete.
