The courts finally decided whether the Salvage company that found the Titanic would be able to keep the artifacts and treasure recovered to date or not. After spending millions see what the verdict ended up being HERE.

I guess thats good for the salvage co & for the public to view? Pardon me but,I have a question..How does a US Judge make a ruling on something that sank miles away from a US coast? Is it because it was a US ship? Then,Location has no jurisdication ?

"The Titanic sank in the North Atlantic on April 15, 1912, while making its maiden voyage."

I suspect because the artifacts were landed in the US after being recovered. Titanic was registered in Liverpool, UK and went down off the coast of Canada (Newfoundland to be specific) and well outside Canadian territorial waters.
