Good Diving locations in Hawaii?

I am going to be in Hawaii (Honolulu) in September on work. I usually try and get at least a couple of days worth of diving (ok, usually more like 4!) on trips like this. I was wondering if anyone could recommend good dive locations and dive operators in Hawaii? I'm happy to travel to any of the islands.
Thanks
Nik

Some decent diving on Oahu. I haven't used Reef Trekkers but have heard good things. September is starting to push the North Shore dives as a lot of them can only be dove when (shore dives) the surf is down. I loved Sharks Cove (outer parts) And then therre is the WWII Corsair wreck.
On the other islands you must make it to maui and do Molokini back wall and Lanai. The Big Island has the Kona Coast, as WW recommended, and that spectacular night Manta dive.
I have never done a dive on Kaui but understand with the right conditions it's great.
have a great time...Also I'm not sure when I'm going this year but it just might be in September. I try to make it over at least once a year but this year WW has me pretty busy with the SD.Com trips! I'll probably be on the Big Island most of the time so if it so happens maybe we can get together.
Have a great one!

The other suggestions by the folks here were for diving on the outer islands, which would entail airfare, hotel, and maybe a car. So it could get expensive. But I can second their suggestions. The manta ray dive was one of my all time favorites. Like a water ballet, really.
I LOVE diving. It is my passion. However, I liked the Big Island (the manta ray dive) for it's land attractions also. The volcano, black sand beach, parker ranch, etc.

Here's a great shore diving site to look at: http://www.shoredivi.../Oahu/index.htm
I just dove #11 saturday from shore and 9 and 10 yesterday from the boat. All fantastic dives. Great reef, lava formations, and TONS of sealife! Look me up in September!
Aloha Sea Nmf. I'm new to SD and live on Oahu, too. Can you give me some contact info for Island Divers? Just got my OW certification and WANT TO DIVE!
