I think this looks a lot like the UV light the divemaster had on the night dive we did though I didn't get a great look at it at the time. I thought $600 seemed a bit much. I may ask Santa for one of my very own
Each wreck has a tale to tell about its life and its demise.
If you are observant while diving in dark places listen to the account each has to tell, You cannot come away unaffected.

Not sure given the impact they make that buying one is a great idea. Too little time for the buck.
however I do wish to see one soon...bummed I could not make the night dive.

So how did we miss Butch in this picture???
I ran down in time for the last shot but not sure whose camera it was. I still can't believe my dive buddy didn't realize I wasn't there!

Well at least in my eyes!!!
We have been asked to submit a copy of our rrip report for publication in a dive magazine. How :ccool1:
I however can not do it with the crazy upcoming travel schedule so would like to open it up to one of our members to do it. Or maybe several of you.
Please let me know if you can do this or would like to do it!

The dives in the morning started out on a deep reef with sand channels and canyons that ended at the wall. My depths were in the 80-100fsw range for the first dive. All the sites were similar but each had unique features. The second site each morning was a bit closer to shore and averaged 45-65 fsw these were great for macro life but turtles abounded on most of these sites. In the afternoon the two boat dives I did were the artificial reef ship the Kittiwake that made for some very cool photo ops, and Stingray city. Stingray city was the best 15foot dive ever!! The interaction with the rays was such an uplifting experience.
On one afternoon I paid for a rebreather experience. I got to dive an Inspiration rebreather on the reef just off the dock. it turned into 50 feet for an hour and 5 minutes. I used 400psi of air out of a 13cuft tank on the dive and that was used for the wing and volume in the breathing loop. It would take some getting used to. But I swam up on several fish that looked startled that they didn't hear me coming.
On another add on dive I paid for was a guided dive to 160 feet for 20 minutes. it yielded a run time of 59 minutes until all our computers were clear and an hour and 9 minutes total dive time. It was a very cool dive. Very quiet, tranquil dive. There is a HUGE barrel sponge at 150fsw that was 6feet tall and it would take three people to get our arms around it.
Friday Morning I saw and got some good photo's of my first Eagle rays and the second dive the current was up a bit so we did it as a drift dive. Great dive! 4 turtles, a free swimming 5 foot green Moray eel and lots of fish life.

p.s Assume whoever is reading your report has never heard of Cobalt Coast, Dive Tech or SingleDivers.com Well at least one for sure they have probably never heard of so share a bit about each one to flesh out your report.

“Friendly, Organized, and Unstoppable Service!”
I just spent a week diving with Divetech at Cobalt Coast. I was very happy with the service of this dive op. They were friendly, funny, organized and most of all SAFE! Wind nor rain stopped Divetech from showing customers a great time. They were in touch and new what to expect and where to go to provide us with great, safe diving. The pre dive briefings were detailed and thorough....complete with colorful drawings. :-) Definately a great crew that worked well together to make my dive vacation special and something to remember!!
