"Bucket" list indeed. Do take an air sickness bag with you. As someone who has been in the back seat of a F-18 I can tell you it does not take long for the excitement to leave and nausea to enter. Usually pulling 6 G off the end of the runway does it. ;)

This site here has simulated air combat with lasers and smoke gennies if you get a hit. Much better to actually be flying the beast than be a passenger. At least then you know what is coming.
