Hi Kamala. After reviewing the dates, seems like if one is doing the full trip, it would be about 3 weeks.. March 1-20. I am pretty sure I can't do that amount of time, but want to do the liveaboard and maybe a few days in Beqa beforehand. You mentioned "early arrival" buffer dates. Would those allow something like arriving on the 7th or 8th of March in Beqa and then doing the liveaboard? I assume if that itinerary were allowed, I would be arranging for my own flights separate from the group?

I will know today how many spots at the hotel which is sold out that I have for which dates. That will let me answer your question.

We *may* be able to do the flights for those doing the buffer + the liveaboard which was my plan and I hope to know that today as well. Kamala

Sorry if anyone asked this already, but I've been busy moving and can't sort through 20 pages of posts.

Is there any way to structure this trip to do both land and a live-aboard to fit into 2 weeks? I've already got my vacation request in starting March 1st, but can only get 2 weeks off. Would it be possible to leave the DC area Feb 28/March 1st, do 5 nights at Bequa and do a 5 day live-aboard to be back by Saturday March 14th?

I'd really like to experience both if possible.

Hey Jay no worries on the question...I'm still getting trip set up for booking. The liveaboard is 10 days so we can't chg that. So the best option is 3 days landbased and 10 liveabaord with a day of travel. Or do 10-13 days landbased. I have people who will only do the landbased part for longer than 1 week.

I'm sorry that I was not more clear earlier on the dates. Its been a hellacious year for me personally and I'm very far behind on getting trips opened up.

Hi, I'm really interested in this trip. Fiji is definitely on my list of places for diving. I would do the whole trip. Both pretrip and liveaboard! Thanks!

I definitely want to join you on the Sirene (double occ).
I'm not as enthused about the land based part, even though it makes a lot of sense since we all travel so many Hrs to get there.
No doubt you'll choose a resort that will be tough to turn down.

Allison you are on he Contact List! But even though we have noted "Land only" on the list, when you are notified and begin the booking process you will again have the opportunity to specify Land Portion Only.
