Thanks everyone for the greetings!! I'm very happy I finally get to go on a SD trip! I've always wanted to go see the U352 and see sharks. PM me Joe, maybe we can carpool together.

You have not sen any sharks in Jocassee ??? Just drop to the bottom of the Wall (on air) and you might see some. They do go away at about 140 feet as you come back up !!! The Sandtigers are awesum off North Carolina. I counted 37 of them on the Papoose the last time I dove there. I love the World War Two wrecks---U-352,Papoose,Hutton,Caribsea, and Naeco.I am hoping we can get the Bedfordshire in on this trip.It would be great to carpool--I will get with you soon.I am sure we will cross paths at Jocassee---maybe we can do a Graveyard dive to get ready to dive the Graveyard of the Atlantic.

IMPORTANT TRIP UPDATE:

It is with a sad heart that I must say we can not make these dates work for our trip.

The owner, boat capt and personal friend of mine died unexpectedly and while his wife has been working to sell the boat and the business any deal that may material will not materialize in time for us to risk proceeding with this trip.

I asked a friend of mine to pick up this charter but he can not do our date. He can change us to the following:

1. June 13-16 diving days with June 12 and 17 as travel days
2. Oct 3-6 diving days with Oct 2 and 7 as travel days
3. Cancel outright

Let us know if any of these dates can work for you.

I have emailed all trip participants with details, instructions and a link into the trip SD Forum to expedite the collection of date preferences. I figured the Trip PM wold generate excessive email notices as each post there does so.
