Sizing chart is working fine for me. I could use a pair of medium socks, since I gave my Aquashoes to Adrienne in Fiji. Maybe a hood too. Large.

I've used a Lavacore hood with a 7mm suit, and felt fine in 74F water. I'm so glad you have a connection with these guys! The local dive store that stocks this stuff, is on my @!&% list for some awful customer service I got last year.
