Hi Divers,
Some of you may have noticed that the site was down for a few days and now many people are having difficulty connecting to the website. This is because our former host changed their security processes and did not bother to properly test the new processes before they rolled them out. This caused us, and probably alot of other people, some major issues... Not the least was downtime. After about 12hrs of pure chaos we decided it was time to find a new home.

To keep it simple, whenever you change hosts you have to notify all the webservers in the world that you have moved. That is called updating the DNS. Your computer makes a cache of the last computer it found a website on. It refers to this cache of DNS settings to find the website you are searching for. So your browser wants to go to the last place it found that website. If that place has changed then its looking in the wrong place. That is one reason why many people are having difficulty reaching the site now. The instructions for how to clear this DNS cache are here:

https://documentatio...nt/view/2719759

In some cases the new site information just has not propagated to them yet... in other words, their ISP has not been told the site has moved yet. By Friday afternoon, most of the ISP's in the US should have received the new DNS information. It may take until Saturday afternoon for the rest of the world to receive it. Please wait until these dates have past and then flush your DNS cache only if still cant see the site. Then you should be able to connect to the site.

Please share this on social media for those who cannot connect to the site yet.
