TRIP PM:
Messages that are sent via the forum's private messaging system to only the recipients specified i.e. the trip goers. A courtesy copy will land in your inbox entitled WreckWench has started a personal conversation if it a new message or WreckWench has replied to a personal conversation if its an existing message.
HOW TO SEE ALL THE MESSAGES IF ADDED LATE OR NOT SURE YOU GOT ALL THE EMAILS?
The beauty of our system is that the updates I am sending remain resident here on the site. You can see them by being logged in and looking up in the upper right corner where you see your screen name. Look to the left for an envelope icon (you'll be taken directly to the PM inbox) or use the drop down menu and choose PERSONAL MESSENGER and then click on it and it will take you to the PM system. There you can see PM's sent to you from us entitled the OFFICIAL TRIP PM Little Cayman and you can send and receive PM's with other trip goers. Simply enter their screen name and you'll be privately communicating with them!
IMPORTANT TRIP UPDATE:
We have posted the following in the TRIP THREAD/TOPIC and now a NEW TOPIC. We are ALSO posting it in the TRIP PM to see if you get a "courtesy copy" via your email client.
If you get it please post in the topic about the Trip PM so we know you got it
If you do not get it... let us know by sending an email to Trips@siingledivers.com with the trip name in the subject line and the something like NO Trip PM courtesy email etc.
NOTE: You do not need the courtesy email to get the info. You can simply log into the FORUMS and check your PM's that way.

HEY EVERYONE!!!
In our recent move to a new ISP we temp lost the ability for the system to send out the "courtesy emails". The PM's were still on the site but the "courtesy emails" were not being delivered. THIS HAS BEEN FIXED!!!
So we are going to do a test to ensure that EVERYONE on THIS TRIP Is getting the OFFICIAL TRIP DO NOT DELETE LITTLE CAYMAN TRIP PM.

I will send a test PM. If you get it then you are good. If you do not then send an email to trips@singledivers.com with Little Cayman in the subject line and the words TRIP PM Issues. Then tell us what the issue is.
I am also asking the TC for this trip to double check and make sure everyone is on the Trip PM.
NOTE: We can not add you to the TRIP PM until your membership is upgraded. This is why we now require your membership to be upgraded BEFORE you can book a trip. Then when you book we can add you to the trip pm vs trying to remember to do so after you upgraded. Clearly the latter had too many chances to miss someone.
