I'd be careful the airlines have been cracking down on this.
Vouchers depend if there is a name or ff number associated with it. If nothing associated with it if say fair game.
Miles are a strict no as airline thinks somethings not legit and that tickets going to be cancelled.

Only ones I've seen that were transferable were gift cards for the airline or one time on a badly delayed flight (14hrs 3x mechanical issues that lead to a diversion, then weather preventing a repair then refueling issue as not a airport American served so no fuel contract) that they had preprinted vouchers they were giving out to keep from having a revolt on their hands. As tense as things were I was expecting a fight to break out or someone to pop a hatch and leave via a slide.
