Great News – The Saba Hyperbaric Facility has re-opened!
We are excited about this important addition to the diving community for the islands of St. Maarten, Saba and St.Kitts. The Hyperbaric Chamber facility was closed several years ago due to maintenance concerns with the chamber; however, with a grant from the Saba Island Government, the chamber has been repaired and subsequently evaluated by the Divers Alert Network (DAN) as meeting the standards to qualify for treatment reimbursement for divers with DAN insurance. The Supervisory Committee will act as the administrative team for the facility. The current Committee members include representation from the Island Government, Saba Healthcare, and Dive Operators including EV's President Clay McCardell.
