I am not sure if this the correct place to spring this but the site has two privacy policies and they are not consistent. One is defined inside the forums and one is defined n Joomla. The one in the forums is consistent with the new EU Privacy cookie law and the other one is not. This needs to be reconciled. I suggest pointing the privacy link in Joomla to the privacy post in the forums and updating that privacy policy appropriately.
