New member here, sorta familiar with the forums.
Enjoy diving the Great North West (Seattle, WA), enjoy diving Canada Better?? :-D
Diving since '88?

UW Photography is the current addiction along with some video. Enjoy Dive-campouts and anyother adventures. Dive about every weekend, but take some off for hiking and just lying around doing nothing.. :teeth:

Not sure what else to say, have traveled around - Truk & Fiji, Cozumel & Dominica, Bonaire & Soccorro Islands (out of Cabo San Lucas, Mex)...
Sigh, so many places, so little time... :cool2:

Well personally I enjoy diving in CANADA!!! (my home and native land!)

I've been diving in British Columbia and it was just beautiful! I'd love to go there again but alas, the WWW of this board will be absent!

Welcome to SD!!

There's acouple of other divers in your area that you can probably hook up with. I don't know how you guys manage that cold water stuff- check out my report under the dive trips subfolder & you'll really get a snicker.... :cool2:

:cool2: fbp...glad you stopped by and hope that you will call this home. There are a lot of knowledgeable people here that are ready and willing to help in anyway, all you have to is ask.

Don't forget to take a look at our website at SingleDivers.com. We are constantly upgrading and would love to see you on one of our upcoming trips.

Again, welcome to our little place on the net where having fun is what it is all about.

Great, thanks much...

Diverlady, Yah, Canadian diving is tops... Vancouver island area, the further north the better.. Nanaimo, Hornby Island (6-gill Sharks), Campbell River, Nootka Sound, Barkely Sound and of course the Creme d'la Creme... Port Hardy..

but alas, the WWW of this board will be absent!

Huh?? heheh.. what's a www of this board?? lost me...?

Thanx Marvel,
BRANDY...
heheh... that's how to cope... just joking of course? but drysuits seem to do the job well.. we all start out in wetsuits, then depending upon the $$, change as soon as possible... some die hards still do the wet suit, but then some die hards take their shirts off in blizzard too... go figure... they all change eventually... except, of course the Canadians... don't know how they do it... Diverlady?? is that a wet suit you're using?? heheh.. more power to you ya...

Howdy!!!

Welcome to our little place on the net....as you'll see we have a fully featured website with a fun cool message board we call the Surface Interval! We are more then just a board...but we do think we have one of the most fun boards around!

So jump right in...post questions...reply to posts....ask questions....make suggestions have fun and oh yes...come dive with us!!! We have official singles trips such as Bonaire in June 13-20 which you'll find on the main webpage under "Upcoming Singles Trips" as well as under the forum Singles Trips on the Surface Interval.

We have unofficial regional types of dives that members put together to hook up and go diving so they can meet one another and partake of our favorite past time...DIVING!!! You'll find these under the forum..."Where in the World"!

So come and join us on both and please tell your friends about us...or tell others the same way that you discovered us!!! Thanks, Kamala aka "Wreck Wench" :cool2:

Welcome to our home!

Sham_ba_la is here, she's Dejah in this incarnation.

WWW are my initials. I do dive cold water. (some like to misuse my initials, I don't know why)

Let's go diving!

WWW= warm water wussies!!
Won't dive in water colder than say 70F!! Go figure. If that was the case for me, I'd never have a chance to dive!!

While I have been diving in a wetsuit in temps in the 40s, I use a drysuit now for those kinds of temps but I have to say, I prefer a wetsuit any day!!
