In your previous post about the new rooming you said you had ZERO rooms.  This is also one of the ones I thought we had removed because of the rooming changes... ARE THESE ALL BACK?  If so, I need to work on the Sku's again.

Yes delete what is not being used for now but they may come back as we get more rooms or tweak inv. Have to get this open so will go with all suggestions. You can't "tweak" major inventory configurations.  Inventory yes, how it is configured in Hika is not a "tweak".

 

My request was to permanently delete them from this trip.  If they can come back then they shouldn't be deleted. 

 

I added EVERYTHING back in...this is ***NOT*** easy to do like inventory changes.  Adding rooms or changing prices, requires major changes.  These major changes are in 4 parts of the online system (Hika buildout, Hika Packages, Hika comments, Forum comments) and my spreadsheet to keep track of all the information so it is synced across the Hika portions of the buildout.

 

If we don't get it right, your accountant will have a nightmare to deal with.  Your, your customers and trip coordinators will also be frustrated with more work.

 

Inventory changes are in one place in Hika.

 

Tables will have to wait.

 

There are pricing questions that I think you should answer before we open the trip- especially with the S/O D/O pricing, but that is how it is currently programmed into the system.

I QC'd it...but Just FYI - I put the rooms back in Hika and the Forum post since you said you were still working on getting more rooms. Which is why the post looked changed.  If the rooms were listed with 0 inventory it would have just looked like they were sold out which is why I left them in there.

 

But based on your post above I deleted everything I did yesterday.  If you want it back in, you will need to give me some time.
