I do not understand your update.

 

Butch did you already update the coupons in Hika??  Because they were already in the system with the above dates.  

 

However, the new post *now* has all the wrong coupon codes.  The standard I entered in the system was "20BONEBDXX"... I had **already updated*** the post before with these codes to match hika, however now it looks like you have changed them... why did you revert to the previous codes?  

 

I can change them back to match HIka in the post, but didn't want the work to be un-done again.

No I have not updated coupons in Hika for Bonaire.  I only updated the trip table this morning before going to work.

I am confused but that is a normal state. I have updated the coupon codes in the #1 topic. I am going to fix the links next but I can't update the hika dates. If the format we used is wrong them let me know. Its what  posted in May but I guess I messed it up then and it was not caught until now.

 

Sorry... just need to know when I can open the trip.  The coupons expired due to Hawaill trip sorry.

Most of the trips have EBD at the end with the number before it but the old BON trip that I copied this from or messed up back in the beginning  of this topic in May when I first posted the codes in May. so apologize if I messed it up then which it seems I did. Now I don't know the right format.

 

So let us know the standard format so I can do for future trips ie. EBD at the end or the dollar amt or whatever it should be.

 

Then someone fix whatever you want however you want and then tell me what we need to do to FIX in the #1 topic so I can OPEN THIS TRIP please and either fix the #1 topic to show the right codes or tell me what you set up and Ill fix it. Thank you, Kamala

 

p.s. I also need the Open for Booking link and anything else needed so I can open this up.

I also added the progress payments based on what is in the trip package.

 

Pam - I can edit the coupon codes if needed up until I get on the boat tomorrow night (assuming it goes - weather seems to be deteriorating) so let me know what you have and I'll do that.  Also following up on the Text message.

Ok.  2 Days ago, The coupons in the system when I went to fix them already reflected the "new" dates.... That is why I was confused.  Maybe these weren't actually new?

Hika was done, before you got back from Hawaii... So there is nothing to fix unless you see something I missed?

 

All the links in the posts (to include the book now link) were also fixed in all the posts!!!  I did this while you were in Hawaii, unless you cut and paste in a new trip post, that would break all the links.

 

I even updated the coupon dates back then (to the current dates, so they must not have been new this week!!)

 

Again, as far as I could tell Bonaire was completely ready to open last week, the ONLY thing left to do was move the topics to the public forum and add the link from the trip table

 

But now I am not sure what has been undone, and now needs to be fixed, and who is fixing it.  It sounds like Butch did some of it, you might be doing some of it.... maybe both of you are still doing some of it - but now, I am also very confused on what needs to be done, and who needs to do it....  and I think with all 3 of use trying to work it and make some of the same changes, we are going to make a mess... 

 

Hika is ready.  I can handle any additional hika issues.... just let me know when the posts are posted in the public forum and published and I will finish the trip table.

Over a year ago, we agreed that all the Early booking discounts would have the format would have "EBD" right before the amount.  

 

For example:

 

20BONEBD100 - $100 early booking discount Bonaire

20SJOEBD100 - $100 early booking discount for Cocos

20PLSEBD100 - $100 early booking discount for Turks & Caicos

 

I am sure this was a cut and paste error, which is why I went in and fixed it last week to match the codes.
