OPERATIONAL ISSUES FOR KAMALA:

• Need to set up Treasure Hunt Map / Program (see if viable for week #2)
• Need to add full tour details and pricing (both trips using Khatts week #1 and probably JBay for #2)
• Work out inv contract with resort  CURRENTLY HOLDING only 10 rooms due to large booking therefore need to redo inv AS IT progresses to see who signs up or who does not.
• Need to find my Dec Dom pics and upload and showcase smugmug or SD gallery with them in it.
• NEED TO FINALIZE WHICH HOTEL we will be staying at for Nov 14-21 so we can update HIKA and accept more bookings
• We know that the 2nd week Nov 21-28 is the same as May 30-Jun 5 2020 so does not need to be updated OTHER THAN THE DATES and the TABLE.
• Will need to issue refunds for the price difference between Jungle Bay and whatever the Nov 14-21 20 trip costs are to the participants.

Ok since the week #2 resort changes to Ft Young for NOW the pricing has to be made essentially the same...tso we get rid of the Adventure pkgs and chg the pricing. Can you do the following Changes to the pkgs and pricing in HIKA?  Thank you!

Thank you for being johnny on the spot... since these trips have NOT been rescheduled yet...members are having a hard time finding the forum so I just moved them back to where they would have been on the list. We probably need to do these in 2 steps... (1) state they are in transition due to cv10 and then (2) move them to where they will reside once a date is determined.

 

So for now we leave them as they are...except I won't undue the TBA stuff but as you saw I had modified them to show they were in transition. I guess it looked like I had not finished the process so you cleaned it up. My bad...I was simply trying to show a progression from NOT BOOKABLE to we will have this locked in soon I hope.

Not sure everyone signed up will go to the new dates but I am ok with modifying the current hika so if anyone does go ie Peggy and Zil for example they do not have to resign up unless we give them 100% coupon to do again but you tell me what is the best way to proceed. Please see emails from John57 about not being able to book the dep amt for the 2nd trip. He was able to do the dep for the first week but not the second. He also sent screen shots. He has an IT background. We should reach out and ask him to help us. I'll do the latter while you do the former. Tks,
