Thanks to ALL for the information (that helps others ) and for input on a POSSIBLE reschedule if needed. I spoke to the air consolidator and we are still tracking to make our trip. However we still have to get thru the initial grounding periods.

Thank you for your herculean efforts. My time is my own, and I can make practically any re-schedule dates. It's too early for me to worry or speculate about changes, refunds, or insurance; thing are changing too fast. So I'll just try to be patient and calm until early April, and see what happens. Best wishes to all.

I still would like to do this trip so rescheduling would be awesome.  Rescheduling would make make things easier than working through insurance. I am flexible, March or April is fine.   Good luck with the negotiating, we all know you are doing your best and thank you for it.   As Korean Air has changed my flights again, I will wait to hear your results.  It will take days to get thru to Korean Air, so knowing what I can do, reschedule for another date would be great.

Ok Kamala says best reschedule dates are between Feb 11 & April 10, 2021. Someone mentioned easter is April 4, 2021 (not important to me, but maybe someone) I'd also like to mention that Hindu New Year next year is March 14 and it is the biggest holiday of the year lasting 3 days with an amazing parade and a day of Silence  (google Ogoh Ogoh & Nyepi) My preference would be late Feb/early March or after March 17th. Kamala also said we could schedule high season/dry season which is June-Sept, it looks like she has not already planned trips for summer 2021.

Thank you Kamala for getting us to reschedule!!!!  I am flexible but would like to go in 2021, anytime late February thru April, the dates that work the best for the group.  I am in!!!!!

I think some time in Feb. or March would be best since it is not yet 100% clear how late we can use the air voucher. Anytime after the date we cancel will definitely NOT work.

I am out of the country from Dec 30, 2020 to January 25, 2021. I really need a minimum two week break between trips, as I often get a cold immediately after a long trip.  We can reschedule to any time from mid-February to April or later. I have the same airline ticket issue others do with the 12 month re-book & travel end date requirement. In my case the booking date was  March 8. BUT, if Delta changes any of my flights before April 12, 2020, I should be able to get a refund. I'm still hoping for that.

NOTE on airline rebooking. Pls call and check but Gayle and Marcia were checking with Quatar and verifying one more time before they posted all the details for everyon that as long as they cancel within 3 days of their regularly scheduled flight that they can get a future travel voucher good for 1 year from its issuance. And while we still have to work around Garuda timing issues...this then puts the new departure date closer to our original trip dates. BUT Garuda will need to be looked at closer to see if we can do the same thing with them. Cancel within 3 days and then have travel voucher issued good for 1 year.

You are welcome!  The best dates appear to be March avoiding the local holiday. THANKS FOR THAT TIP!  I agree after March 17 towards early April seems best.

I am fine with either Option #1 or 2. Id like to spend 3 maybe 4 nights in Bali before.

I can do either option although option #2 would give an us 3 full days in Bali before traveling to Raja on the fourth day if we arrive on Tuesday. It would also give us a day for flexibility in scheduling our flights from the US.  We could leave on a Sunday or Monday to have time in Bali.  We don't know the flight schedule yet, again it would give us leeway.

Good point. If the flights and hotel options work for either set of dates and no one says the later dates can't be done by them...I will choose them for the reason you mention of an extra day in Bali and/or extra flight flexibility.
