INVENTORY CLEAN UP: ( I now see what Scott was talking about. I have zero'd out the inventory for the shore diving as that is ONLY for the dive shop clients and not ours. Please adjust the inventory in HIKA to reflect the NEW 10 room distribution. When these sell down a bit more I will take some of the dive shop's rooms and use them if needed)

Updated to match the inventory in red. If this isn't right, please let me know. 

 

It is confusing when I read things like:

 

2 d/o shore diving = 0 room

2 d/o non diver = 1 room

 

Does this mean there are 2 spots, 1 spot or 0 spots?  So.... I went with the red numbers above and hope they are correct.

Per Kamala via phone / email - marked Jeffrey Wesche aka o2dive12 as "Canceled - Jeffrey Wesche" in the Trip Roster (jos_sd_member_payment database) and the Trip Documents (jos_sd_member_docs database) since he canceled right after booking.

 

This should help with any confusion the TCHelper has when checking on payments.

Great! This will work when they are a HARD cancellation. Many are "soft cancellations" meaning they will take the trip if we can't sell the spot. A few are HARD because they booked the wrong trip etc. Thank you again!
