I was able to connect (finally!) after the 3rd dive this afternoon. It's marked as sold out on the trips page and on the booking page.

I've changed the "Sold Out" to "Spot Available" on the trips page but directed them to email trips. Should I add any spots to inventory instead?

I've changed the "Sold Out" to "Spot Available" on the trips page but directed them to email trips. Should I add any spots to inventory instead?
No don't add until I know if someone wants single or double occupancy.
I may change this to show 1 s/o with the caveat that it can be converted too 2 d/o spots BUT we have to check the bedding situation to see if that is actually possible if not a couple and we all know how few of those we get.

Kamala I have no idea.
See attached spreadsheet of the rooms you said you had available both for trip package dates and for extra nights you had reserved. I do not see a room that does not have a member assigned and I do not know which are king s. other beds.
