MONDAY APRIL 3 AT NOON EASTERN IS CUT OFF FOR GETTING ON THE TOUR LISTS AND AVOIDING AS MUCH AS $60 PP ADD'L COST FOR EACH TOUR...BUT WE GOTTA BOOK THEN OR RISK NOT GETTING WHAT WE WANT

 

 

Many of our amazing members have done extensive legwork to find the best tours and activities to do in Bali while we are there. Many of the previous activities we've done in the past have changed enough that I am no longer certain they will be the quality we want.

 

So huge thanks to Karen, Gale, and Erica for the great input and ideas for tours

 

 

HERE ARE THE FINAL TOUR OPTIONS THAT AT LEAST ONE NOW 2 MEMBERS WILL BOTH BE DOING. ALL THESE DATES ARE NOW LOCKED IN BUT WE WILL TRACK OTHERS WANTING TO DO SIMILAR TOURS ON DIFFERENT DAYS. THE TOUR OPERATOR NEEDS A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE TO MAKE A TOUR GO. 

 

1. All these tours will be taken advantage by at least 2 member so you are safe to join in.
2. The elephant tour is set for April 14th to allow for the most participants since we've had a lot of interest in it.
3. If you only have 1 day or part of a day to tour and want to still see a few things... we can help set up a private guide for you to do a specialized tour BUT YOU MUST LET US KNOW YOU WANT TO DO THAT.
4. To choose something post what you want to join in on and tell us the day you want. We will try and coordinate as many people per activity on that date most popular. IF WE GET AT LEAST 2 PER ACTIVITY FOR A DIFFERENT DAY... YOU CAN ARRANGE IT WITH THE TOUR OP
5. We will send you a direct sign up link so you can just pay for the activity as you sign up BELOW SO YOU CAN MAKE IT OFFICIAL.
6. We will list you on the master lists in this topic so you know who is doing what.
7. We will track people wanting to do the same tours but on different days to find someone to join in with you.

To be added to any of these lists tell us which tours you are interested in. They can all be moved except the elephant tour which is now locked in for April 14 the day before we start flying to Sarong.

 

Tell us if you want to do a tour the day its listed and/or if you want a specific tour but another day. After getting some input we will finalize the schedule and you will be sent booking links to sign up for these options. Some will give you a discount if we get enough people.

 

We need to lock the days in for each tour option fairly quickly. If we do not get any input by Monday we will lock them as posted above. Thank you,

I would like to do the 'Nusa Penida Snorkeling Adventure' but would need to do it on the 13th.

Thanks Steve...lets see if anyone else wants to do on the 13th?  Lori and Karen are both arriving a full week before the trip and worked out a final schedule that get everything in they want to do ...so I'm about to finalize the schedule for them and anyone else wanting to do THOSE activities as published.

 

I will then start a list for those wanting to do it on the 13th to join you. Kamala

I think I understand who's doing what now. Please check the first list...this is the official list of tours since Karen and Lori are now doing most of them. Others can join in and we will also track those wanting to do one of the tours but on a different day.

My suggestion will be to hire a private guide for the 15th for half a day. This is a great way to spend the time we have before our flight on the 15th. It is at 4:40pm and we need to be at the airport 3-4 hrs prior so that leaves you enough time to do some am touring and have lunch and still get to the airport timely.

 

I'm getting pricing and how many people can do this... but the good news is for sure we can do the 15th.

I may be interested for the 15th am tour.  Still need to know where the group hotel is, since I may stay closer to Ubud.  Any ideas on the tour yet?  I am interested in culture, temples, and natural settings, but not the beach.
