Memory is a funny thing when you're blonde...........

Actually, I was member number 4. Because of a glitch in the system, my profile was deleted - twice, which is why I now show up as member number 7. Member number 3 is Dave. Dave was one of our Administrators, but was never able to actually get involved. His post count still sits at zero. Dive Scoop was our first non Administrator member, joining on March 2. Six members joined on March 3 - in order - ZenKim, DiverLady AKA Lynne, Blublood AKA Gar, Dejah AKA Deb, pisces (Dejah recruited her, but she's yet to post), and SuperDave.

Uh....well.....um.....like....ah....well....hmm...I said that already....well its like this...I can only go by the numbers that I have and I have a membership matrix that says DiverLady is member #4. If she is NOT...well than I was looking at the WRONG member matrix!! Ahem!!!

But regardless...its been a really cool year...regardless of your number!! And I can't tell you how much I appreciate you ALL being here!! -ww

Happy birthday to S.D. COM. Thanks to the hard work o of the Mod, Angels, and other who have made this one great place. And the trips area blast, Only done one , but second coming up, and on and on.
I remember sighing up and going to Athens, drivng 6 1/2 hrs. to dive in a rock quarry, and camp out, but as soon as I got there , the People, were WONDERFUL and made me feel right at home, (I still think it was the Shrimp I brought) ever though I did not know a person.
The mods. and angels do so much on here ,but it is also all the wonderful people , on here that make it so GREAT>>>>>

Do we all get to give Kamala Birthday spankings at Each Happy hour for a few weeks to celebrate S.D.'s Birthday????

Seeing your dedication to SD members getting checked in at the airport and hotel, sharing of your own Lobster when someones dinner was'nt right, making sure divers got on the right dive boat, had nitrox and credited those that paid for it and did'nt get it one day, you as the leader along with other members provided clothes for a diver whose luggage did'nt show up until the day before departure making it possible for that diver to stay and dive for the week, Etc. I witnessed this on my very first trip with SD and that along with Walter, Zendiver, Dejah, FinGrabber, Blublood, Instructor Jim and the members on single divers.com, is the reason why I believe SD .COM will become the LARGEST! DIVE FRIERNDLY site on the internet. Congratulations on a successful 1st year and am looking forward to an even more explosive NEW YEAR in 2005.
