Bible. It was a lulu - kept people looking so hard for facts - and for
others it was a revelation. Some were in a jam, especially since the
names of the books were not capitalized. To others it was a real job.
But the truth finally struck home to numbers of our readers.
We want it to be a most fascinating few moments for you.
Yes, there will be easy ones to spot. Others may require judges to help
find them. I will quickly admit it usually takes a minister to find one
of them, and there will be loud lamentations when it is found.
A little lady says she brews a cup of tea so she can
concentrate better. See how well you can compete. Relax now, for there
really are sixteen (16) names of books of the Bible in this paragraph.

"There is nothing more terrifying than ignorance in action."
Goethe
"Democracy is two wolves and a sheep, voting on what to eat for dinner; Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote."
Thomas Jefferson
"Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats."

I'll give you a hint- Think outside the words &see if you get more. Can someone post the names for the curious agnostics among us? I only found a few obvious ones... Revelation, Numbers, Judges, etc.

I only found a few obvious ones... Revelation, Numbers, Judges, etc.
It's actually "Revelations." If you look at the story, revelation is followed immediately by "Some," thus completing the name.

Actually, Walter, you are wrong on this one. It is Revelation...singulare...only ONE revelation. Pick up any Christian Bible.I only found a few obvious ones... Revelation, Numbers, Judges, etc.
It's actually "Revelations." If you look at the story, revelation is followed immediately by "Some," thus completing the name.
Chapter 1, verse 1 (from the NLT) begins with "This is A (again singular) revelation from Jesus Christ which God gave him concerning the events that will happen soon.
Yes, the events are many, but the revelation given to John is only one!

Actually, Walter, you are wrong on this one.
Thanks, darlin'. It's not unusual for me to be wrong. OTOH, there are others in the paragraph in which the concept does apply.
