I don't think the problem is cookie-related as it is happening on more than one computer.

I originally registered as a member before joining then joined as premier member shortly after. I can't look at member profiles or use several other features when logged in. I get this response:

This menu has been disabled.

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

Any ideas on what gives?

You registered and joined as a member. When did you upgrade to Premier member and by what method? Payments, regardless of method, go to Kamala (WreckWench), she notifies me and I upgrade folks to Premier member. Kamala is in the Caribbean with a Single Divers trip, so she won't be able to give me any info on your account until around the 27th or 28th at the earliest. I'll go ahead and upgrade your status and straighten out the paper work later.

Try it now.

Thanks. The PayPal payment of $25 went through on 4/13 so maybe Kamala was gone or busy packing for her trip. Thanks for upgrading. I can see profiles now.

Now we just need to talk you into posting an intro and uploading an avatar so we can see to whom we're talking and get to know you.

Robert, I'll also upgrade you now and settle the paperwork when Kamala comes home.

If anyone has paid recently, I have no way of knowing it until Kamala returns from her trip. Send an e-mail to me at Walter@SingleDivers.com. I'll upgrade you right away and sort it out later. You won't be automatically upgraded until after Kamala gets back, you have to let me know to be upgraded before then.

I have a picture posted in my profile, but it is not showing up with my posted messages. Did I do something wrong or have I not posted enough messages?

Hey Mark -

You have to import your photo as an 'avatar' to get the picture to show up with your posts.

1. Go to 'My Controls' at the top of your screen
2. On the left hand side, select 'Edit Avatar Settings'
3. Toward the bottom of the screen, add the file name in the field for 'Upload a new image from your computer'

That should do it - but if you have any questions, let me know!

Terri

Welp--looks like I'm in the same boat as some others--paid via Paypal at the InTenCity gathering, but cannot access certain features of the board.

It appears that I have some PMs that need attention, and I can't get at'em!

Also when making any payment for dues you MUST include your screen name in order for us to know who to upgrade. (On a check put it in the memo line on the bottom left side. On Paypal put it in the title of the payment as well as in the memo line.)

I have membership payments from the following people but I have no screen names for them:

1. Jeffrey Corn (PA)
2. Marci E joined 5-7-05 via paypal (need screen name)
