I'm Home! Thanks to all who participated in our Ginnie Springs weekend! Apparently the rain scared some away. Those of us that did make it had a great weekend. "What happened in Ginnie, stays in Ginnie". We learned about Bubba's Scuba and Dive Rental Emporium and got wet. But that was what we were supposed to do, right!
A big THANKS goes to Dive Rite also for some great giveaways for our divers!

Getting ready - Jeff aka jtdiode, Larry, Donna, Wesley, and Kevin.
But missing from the photos is jeandiver. My camera is still drying out so didn't get any photos past the first predive.
Jean showed us Little Devils, and Devils Eye. Devils Ear was still closed due to the tanic river water. I sure learned a lot about fresh water diving. Need to modify your kicking and getting the correct weighting when switching from salt to fresh and adding more rubber takes better than guessing.

Donna just supplied with me with a couple more pictures. Here Jean (center) is picking out her prize after our 2nd dive and before a few of us went back to the ballroom. Jean actually did a night dive with another friend.

to you for your organizing efforts to make this such a nice weekend.
Our last dive in the cavern with you and jean was a very nice and

Hey gang...you all were in our thoughts as I froze up north...and got wet...also by rain and of course diving! So it looks like all our SD events this past weekend had some extra 'moisture' in them!!!
I wish we could have joined you...I love diving the springs...they are really surreal and awesome!
Great things start small and Florida is a bigger challenge from any of the other parts of the country since we have so few members from any one city or area...but rather lots of members from all over the state.
But I think Jill has done a phenomenal job of organizing this event...our Happy Hours and of course...all the angel activities
she helps with behind the scenes! Jill you are my 'heroine'!!! 
I think we may be able to get a dive club listing in the former Florida Scuba News which would be wonderful and really help your efforts Ms. Nextariel.
I hope everyone takes a moment to appreciate all the hard work and effort that Jill has been doing behind the scenes to get Florida events and activities together! She is AWESOME!!!
