We have some exciting news to share with you today.
We have three new moderators to help carry the load. While you folks are great and rarely need to be moderated, with the small staff, it can sometimes be very difficult to cover everything when it needs covering.
We have selected three people I believe have the right combination of intelligence, common sense and friendliness necessary to do an excellent job with a light hand. I'm very proud to have each of them join our management team.

Don't let those beautiful faces deceive you! With a lawyer, business anaylist, and an auditor all onboard as moderators...I think they'll do just fine 'keeping the peace' and working to proactively step in and guide or steer conversations so that they do not have to be stopped nor shut down. 
We see our new mods truly more as 'moderators' and not just 'mediators'. They will be active members of the board and they are here to help us grow to the next level!
