Hey everyone,here is a little about me.Ive been diving for about 3 years,Ive never pursued further cert,but plan to get nitrox certified in july when I go to Key Largo.Has anyone dove the spiegel or duane?Ive logged about 40 dives fresh and saltwater.Diving is definately my favorite hobby but I also like to ride my Harley,camp,fish,and hike.Just about anything outdoors.(Pet peeves are rude obnoxious people..and I like all animals...lol mischievous....power tools huh :welcome:

I think Im gonna like you)Happiness is a daily battle but one thing I know for sure is life is too short to go throught it mad..... :cool1:

I did the S.Grove again in March (see Trip Report http://www.singlediv...p?showtopic=187 ), and there wasn't much current that day. Would certainly suggest AOW & Nitrox training before you go to Key largo...

Mike! Sounds like you'll fit right in to this zoo- you even reference an animal in your screen name!! Let us know exactly when you're going- perhaps one or two of us will join you. I've dove the Grove before- awesome dive with lots to see! If you're with an instructor, as I was, be sure to pay heed to his/her instruction as well as the boat captain- they seem to really know their stuff down there. :respect:

Hi Ironpig!! I see that ZD recruited you!!!! Cool!!!

Right off you'll notice a few differences between us and the other board you hang out on. First off we can not stay on topic...but then when people talk and have a good time...who does?

Secondly, we don't care as much as other boards do if you can't stay on topic and if the new topic gets really good we will split it off so you can follow it more closely.

And lastly...we are a playful bunch...I guess singles are by nature. We let people be a bit casual and playful but when they get a bit too carried away we ask them to tone it down. Wouldn't want to impose a bunch of restricting rules unless we were forced too! :lmao:

If at anytime you have suggestions, concerns, questions or comments please put them in the suggestions forum or pm me with them! We are always updating the site based upon user suggestions so jump in...ask questions...answer questions make new friends and come dive with us!!!
