have i got a tee shirt for YOU!

1. We are planning to do our little fish logo on the front of the tee going across the full chest of the t-shirt....so what color t-shirts? White or colored... say purple? (Dark colored t's cost more money but look great!)


Personally, I prefer white t-shirts, but I'm not picky about that sorta thing. White just matches more stuff than the colored t-shirts do.



2. Should we have a plain back of the t-shirt or have something on the back? I've had a number of people say keep it simple and keep the back free of stuff while others have said put the taglines from the contest on the back. (Having printing on the back raises the price of the t-shirt by about another $2-3 dollars with taxes etc.)


Huummm...I think I'd rather have nothing on the back so if I wanted to put my boardname on the back I could without it looking stupid or crowded.


3. Would you like to see our little singlediver fish grace other products such as divebags, sheatshirts, shorts etc.?

Yes...I'd be interested in that as well. It certainly would make trip wardrobe planning/packing much more simple for me.


4. And while on the subject of shorts...it was suggested we have our logo on shorts with the saying "Gone Down Lately"? Of course the contributors to that one will remain nameless to protect the guilty! LOL!!!

Now I'd REALLY get a kick outta that one! That would make my x-mas shopping list alot easier to do...I know lots of folks who'd like those who don't even dive!LOL!


5. Should we get some caps or embroidery done i.e. polo shirts etc.

I like that idea as well. I'd buy most things that I'd get some common use out of.


6. What is the price you'll pay for a good quality t-shirt? $20?

I'd be willing to pay 20 something for a good quality t-shirt. That's pretty much what I pay now for the good ones.


7. Style of shirts...regular t's...tank tops....women's styled? (Again all will add a bit to the price but maybe what we want!)

Bout the only thing I wouldn't wear is a womans style cause they usually don't fit me. I ususally have to go with the mens stuff due to my size.

Nice ideas....can't wait to see the finished products!

Good idea on towels...bumper stickers...not quite sure on what to do about t-shirts styles or colors?

You know which one I want....T-Tops all the way...that is just about all I wear when I am not at work...and then sometimes at work. I like the idea of polo-shirts, hats (not that I wear one, but I do collect them), and definitely a beach towel.

Better make my t-top an XXLarge though WW.

Thanks...I can't take the credit for it! I had a logo contest going on and we were going down the path of another logo also REALLY cool and then one of our members was fooling around and came up with the whole caribbean fish idea. He had 2 fish...a pink and purple one. A few folks said it looked like we were a dating site so another member took out the pink fish and cleaned up the background for me. Then I sent it to yet another person to have it completely redrawn so that I could have a clean logo that keeps it color and quality regardless of how big we blew it up or shrunk it.

So its really a joint effort on a number of people's parts and actually it was the working logo while we were developing our official logo. Maybe I'll have to do a poll on the logo options too!

I think the beach towel is a cool idea too.. that way on the trips everyone can have one... I wish we would have had something like that in Cozumel.. T-Shirts I also like the T-Top idea rather than a regular T-shirt.

Hmmm... Jamie, were you referring to a "Girls of SingleDivers.Com" calendar with the girls showing off either their skimpy red bikinis or their tight fitting (for warmth of course) wetsuits?

I started a line of clothing for my "Dive Dry with Dr. Bill" activities based on the response of divers in our dive park to the custom cap and fleece I had made. Was surprised at the response.

I like dark t-shirts (black, deep blue or purple in that order). Like most men, I don't worry whether they match the rest of my ensemble. It's too dark in the bedroom when I dress for me to tell anyway.
