Hi Kenny,
I'm not sure if you ever got a reply to this but all aspects of our site are free to our members sans private messages, posting of photos in threads and in the galleries, and viewing of member profiles. To do these you'll need to upgrade to premier member which is only $2 and change or $25 per year.
Once you do upgrade you'll ALSO recieve member discounts on all trips and many events and activities. Those discounts keep accruing no matter how many trips you take...or events you participate in. Our premier members also have chances to win prizes (we have a monthly membership contest for all new members, renewals, etc.) and we get special discounts that are extended to our premier members!
