Shoot, right now, you can hurt them and not know how the hell you did it! :teeth: I am right now dealing with that with my right knee. As I write this, I have it wrapped in a heat wrap.

Ok, touché.

I meant trying to keep your knees straight (not bicycling) and not doing anything that requires you to bend your knees, like a frog kick.  :P

I do the frog kick most of the time. You think that adds pressure? I'd like to think that I don't bicycle though. :)

I find that most of the "pain" I get from the frog kick is inner thigh...humping gear seems to offend my Lower Back...

parenthetically, I work with several former Jocks and current plate-heads ( who themselves find the weight that I carry horrible), and convened them one day to demonstrate the frog kick dry-land by lying belly-down on a Desk...they looked in disbelief, and had NO idea of an exercise(s) to work on that convoluted muscle group...

Anyone else frog kicking finding that their Flutter is now awkward??

Norm

(I know how you can find out if you are Bicycling :D )

I brought an ice pack to work today for my achilles tendon. Same leg as the knee problem. Knee feels fine. Achilles SUCKSS!!!!! I think I'll use the bike today at the gym rather than the ellipitical. When I was in PT for my achilles, they gave me lots of bike exercises to do to strengthen my leg muscles to help out my knee. Getting old sucks!! :D

Aging, no matter HOW painful, usually beats the ALTERNATIVE!
