Keep in mind that sex without leverage is down right difficult. I've had it in a pool and you learn quick that you need to be at the side of the pool or standing on the bottom (the pool's bottom) for it to work. I also agree with a point made, by Walter I believe, in another thread that it's a waste of bottom time. Before a dive to loosen up, during the surface interval, after a dive to celebrate - but during a dive I have other fishies to find.
However, if someone want's to try it in a pool with scuba gear - I'll give it a shot.  :birthday:

Should you really be engaging in strenous activity between dives or after the dive? I thought this could increase the chances of the bends?

If it's not hot and heavy, is it worth doing? :birthday:

Hello...wait no more!

Is this service available to all SD patrons or just Jon? Just curious... I don't remember seeing it listed on the amenities section of our previous trips.

Hmm, well, if you stay fairly shallow, knock it out early in the dive, and stay below during the afterglow, I guess it would be okay. :clapping:

Cheers!

Here is a link to an article from one of my favorite magazines regarding the topic. http://www.divegirl.com/sex.html

That said --- I have never tried it. With the right guy -- and the right circumstances --- anything is possible. :teeth:

Hmmmm? Oops, sorry Kimber... my mind just drifted off reading this. Bad boy, bad boy.

You should see the look on the faces of my dive buddies or the threat of dive knife deployment if I even suggest tugging on the drysuit relief zipper...the idea of the underwater encounter of this nature is not too pleasing.  :teeth:

This is why joining the FIVE FATHOM CLUB is generally done in the tropics or subtropics. I joined about 30 years ago, but find that I can't even find willing partners on land these days (don't cry for me SingleDivers). I guess I just need to get off this island for a bit.

By the way, DG... a no touch policy underwater? What fun are you. Heck I hold hands with a few of my dive buddies and even kiss underwater, and they're "just" friends not romantic relationships.

Uh . . . Yea! Slow and sensual works for me too! Remember, sex is like pizza . . .

drbill, I know the feeling - I think the last time I had sex, I interrupted it to laugh at Johnny Carson's monologue. :lmao:

By the way, for those worried about the bends, this is why it is called the five fathom club... keeps you just above the 2 atmosphere level in salt water. You can "do it" almost forever at that depth (or just the usual 8 seconds)!

Now that was some read, Caetllonn! Good thing the Five Fathom Club isn't on my mind this time of year... a 7mm wetsuit sure restricts one in such endeavors.

It's definitely a warm water sport.
