Ok so you decide you are going to DIET to lose some weight or prepare for the upcoming Christmas holiday bulge...so how do you do it?

1. Do you count calories?
2. Do you use reduced calorie foods?
3. Do you eat more fresh foods like veggies and fruits instead of eggs & bacon or other foods?
4. Do you eat the same but increase your exercise output?

Tell us how you battle the bulge and what works and what doesn't?

Good Subject, well I can of course only speak for myself... I recently joined Weight Watchers, you just have to watch portion sizes and count it towards your daily intake totals. Very easy to do and you never feel deprived of anything you like to eat like a lot of plans on the market.. so far I've been on it for 2 weeks and feel great!!

I do the first Three, cut my intake and start running and to the gym three times a week...but the real question for me is.....I need to loose 20 lbs in the next three weeks before Costa Rica....How do I do that?.....guess I should of started Three Weeks ago...LOL
You must endeavor to pursue!
