I can reply to all other posts in all forums to which I'm entitled; however when I attempted to reply to Normblitch's post about Crystal River I received a message that I was not permitted to post in that forum. Out of curiosity, and thinking maybe my login had timed out, I tried to post in another forum and it worked just fine, so went back to Norm's post and I got the same error message. Aaarrrgggh!

Ah, yes, the frequently misunderstood I'm Heading Your Way forum...
To my understanding, this forum is strictly for posting one's plans only, not for responding. You need to PM the poster instead.
Here's a quote from its description:

Wow...very limiting! Not everyone has PM capability. The Heading Your Way feature, if used successfully, may just be the thing that would prompt them to join SD.
But you're right, the only reply I see is one made from an Admin.
I just wanted to ask Norm to share more info about Crystal River and where it was to begin with. A reply to his post seemed the appropriate place to do that.

Plans of a personal nature are just that...personal. Plans of a more open nature are usually posted in the Where in the World Forum where they can be talked about by anyone who wishes to participate.

Why don't you start a thread in Where in the World...I'm sure lots of people including Norm would be very happy to share information with you about Crystal River and other great fresh water diving places in Florida.
