We all wish you well, and we are sorry for your loss. I am happy that you had a close relationship and will have so many great memories.

Michelle, so sorry to hear of your loss. It sounds like your grandfather lived a long and rich life. I lost mine 12 years ago when he was 95 (and my grandmother 24 years ago... I was even closed to her) so I understand what you are going through. Just remember that he must have had a good life... and he lives on in the memory of your family and his friends to bring you joy after you get over the initial pain.

Michelle,

I'm so sorry that your Grandfather has passed, but also very comforted to hear about your special connection with him. That type of connection may fade a little with time, but will never go away and though he is no longer of this earth, he will always be there when you need him right inside your heart.

Tina

Wow, Michelle .... I'm so sorry for you. You're in my thoughts, to be sure.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Hugs here too.

It has been a hard day. My grandfather passed away very early this morning. I always had a very special connection to my grandfather and that connection remained up until his last days. I had a chance to fly out to see him a week and a half ago to say my goodbyes and that connection was still there. I will miss him so much.

My sympathies to you and your family. I know it's difficult, having lost my Dad about 10 weeks ago.

I just want to say thank you to everyone for your kind words. You really don't know how much these words mean until you go through something like this. Thank you to my SD family for helping me through these tough times. It means more than I can say. Again, thank you since, without you, this would be so much more difficult than it already is.
