Hello everyone from the SD Dallas happy hour number 1 from june.

thanks to humperdinks for the free wireless access so that i can report live.

drinks are being enjoyed by all

And what was that little monkey's name...you know...the guy with the doubles! Watch out for John's furry friend sparky....he has a thing for...well...he has a thing!

Still no pink...uh...yeah...those. Big Tall Hippie was supposed to show, but I bet he wasn't ready to give them back. Told him I'd trade him for the new black ones I got, but I guess that wasn't enough. Maybe on the 24th.

Our FIRST June Happy Hour was at Humperdink's in Arlington just near the airport! Fortunately for us that one of our members flew in and so it was easy to pick him up and get him there. Bill aka OTWDiver's flight was early (something about forgetting about the time zone differences....) and so Kim aka fingrabber, Bill aka OTWDiver and myself (WW) arrived at our Happy Hour 2 hours early! We scoped out a great place and needed all the space we had secured....16+ people will fill a bar pretty quickly and that we did. By the time that John aka Platypusman arrived...we had already downed several beers and the party was in full swing.

The look on the p-man's face was priceless...

First he looked at his watch and verified that he was indeed EARLY to the event. Then he looked again to verify that he saw both finny and ww FIRST at the event. Not truly believing his eyes...(I think I saw him rub them several times to be sure...but hey mine were a bit blurry already so not sure who was more surprised) John couldn't produce the sounds needed to express his shock and ultimate pleasure that we were not only there....but that we had made it EARLY!!! And that the party was already in full swing!!!

Our waiter Chris was a hoot...he helped Manny break out his doubles and they were in proper Texas form....ANY monkey who can dive double 160 Shiner Bocks is quite a diver indeed!!!

The fun and meyham just continued....

Surprise birthday sparkers and "death by chocolate"...making new friends...see old ones and finding out that the first Honeymoon that SD planned not only turned out great...but the 'honeymoon' couple came to share our Happy Hour with Capn Jack and BJ his better half in tow!!! The pictures were awesome and I see more new divers in the future!

The fun continued to flow...the food was great and the company EVEN BETTER!!! It was a great birthday party and I had a blast!!!

The other participants who will only temporarily remain anonymous will hopefully be logging in soon to give their uh...side of the story. If not...I get to make up MORE good stuff to share with you all! -ww

lets see there is also evidence of sparky getting in on the action to i just have to pull the photos and post them(can we get a happy hour gallery?) and i will post the evidence there.

well after the cervo girls came by with shots prior to the DBC for das wench i forgot about the spankings so that will have to wait for another time.

also you have to "hand" it to Tony and Stan for there message skills for twinklez, grabber of the fins, and twinklez.

i will post the pictures later tonight.

7- Recieving a massage from WW!
6- Watching Dan give live updates right from HH!
5- Wishing WW a happy B-day and seeing her eat the WHOLE THING!
4- seeing the b-day girl with a good Buzz!
3- watching adults place stuffed animals in compromising positions!!!
2- meeting our out of town guest.
1- hearing that Tina got pulled over on her way home, and spending 30 minutes talking to the DPS Trooper about Diving!
