Good job LLDN! You have to allow yourself a treat every once in awhile. For me it is Mexican food on Saturdays. I've been "trying" to stick to Weight Watchers for the last 4 weeks. Even though I am down 6 pounds, last week was bad when we had a vendor treating use to lunches and dinners two days in a row!!! Plus I think the weight loss would have been more if I had been exercising more. The last few days the weather has been nice here in Birmingham, and I did get out and play tennis two days in a row.I'm still with ya! I managed to lose a whopping 4 pounds since I joined this thread, but that's my own fault for being a bit inconsistent with the workouts. Same story.....I tend to let other things become the priority.....
But, I have improved my diet and it's easier to stick to that. I do allow myself a treat once a week - popcorn and a slurpee at the movies on Saturday afternoons......
