I wish I knew what I can say to you right now but since I don't, I hope this will do ...
I only speak for myself but I am here if you need me. I am sure I am not the only one.

There are no right words. I am keeping his family in my thoughts

When the Capt. informed us of Roys passing and what had happened.
There was a shroud that came upon us all.
This ocean that we enjoy became a more dangerous place for there was now one less brave person to come to ones aid.
Tonight the best we could do was we raised our glasses and toasted Capt. Roy.
We then enjoyed short stories and long laughs of the great times we had divng with him.
I'm not too good at dealing with loss right now.
I just hope my Darlene was there to help him cross over.
I guess it is good to have friends on the other side to show you around.
To Roy, Calm Seas, Good Viz, and Safe Passage.

I want to say... with the tears in my eyes..... I had the best birthdays trips with you guys and ROY!!!!!( three birthdays in a row!)
I met the some really great people through those trips. I was one of Roy Little Mermaids (Smile). I worked side by side with him for a couple of years now on crew in VA. I learned so much from him. Had the best times.
Best Dive........ I remember on on of your trips. I was on a mission to get a tile off of the wreck shurz.....(Our Fav!) He kept on telling where to find one... well after I came Back up after the first dive and said.. " Roy I still cant find the Gun... he said follow the gun to the wall....where is the gun?" Roy looked at me..." I tied the hook to the gun... for you malena...follow the line right down and there is the wall of tiles....I was so BLIND well I got my TIle after that 2nd dive..
One of many good times with him.
Hey, His Eyes will ALWAYS be on us when we are on the OCEAN.
My Love and Thanks to a GREAT MAN....Roy
a good friend to him,
Malena SHarkey

I am sorry to hear of this. It is always so hard to lose someone that was a part of your life. Cherish your memories of Roy. My condolences go out to you, all his friends and his family.
