I need to fill out a waiver and survery... how do I do that?
Also, am I correct that the cost is $3612 without international air? Also, I think it might be easier for me to book my own flights. A) I don't want a lot of layovers with all of the gear. B) I can get a good schedule and would not have to spend the night in Frankfurt.
Another thing. It says that you are getting your visas in Egypt. I heard that can be dangerous and time consuming. My dad once waited in an airport in India for 24 hours waiting for his visa. I suggest getting it done beforehand if you can and have time to do so.
Just my two cents.... I am sooooo excited for this trip.

Yes the pkg without air in Egypt or International is
• LAND PKG ONLY (No air in Egypt or International) $3227 USD (if you need air in Egypt add $385 USD or $3612)
A note of caution on doing the pkg without the air....
Tell your clients that Cairo Air (the main carrier into Egypt) change their scheudules quite frequently. By doing your ticket as part of your package you ensure that Cairo Air has visibility to all your segments and of course the rest of the group. This can be worth far more peace of mind than the money it costs. Layovers will be minimized and the objective is to ensure that anyone traveling to do this trip will be there when the trip starts so as to not miss any of it.
Victoria, let me resubmit more precise dates for you and/or even let you work with her directly to see if our agent can help you. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The easiest way to do this would be to let her match the fight arrangements that you think you'd like to make and let her see if they will work ok with the package.
