Hello from Baghdad! I have arrived in Baghdad! I've been here almost two weeks now. There have been explosions and mortars landing close by. All is well for now. Take Care all and I look forward to returning to the states to go diving.

Hi1 Keep your head down and stay safe. If you get any R and R mid tour recommend you get to the Red Sea for a spot of world class diving - if you can get to/are permitted to go to either Sharm el Sheik or perhaps Aquaba in Jordan. Take care, Sheena

Is this your first trip there? You get used to the motars and such. What you NEVER get used to is not being able to dive there!

I recommend to hit up the USAF for a quick flight to Kuwait, grab a ride into Kuwait City and dive the Arabic Sea. Not a great dive, but it will feed the need! :P

Where are in in the box? My house keeper is starting next week so I can do more trips over there soon.

Try the dessert bar at Taji if you get a chance! :cool1:

Will do! Thanks! I would love to hit the Red Sea but don't think it can happen, at least not this time.

John,

Likewise, After this trip I'll be ready for a few stunts in the pool. Those of you that were there know what I am talking about. Those that weren't should have been in Cozumel. You're welcome and take care as well.

Hey Doc,

Thanks Doc! Hope I don't have to run into you as well. Should be fine. I am in the IZ at the palace. It's not what I thought it would be. Take Care and stay safe up there!
